    In that same corporate presentation of 27th June 13 it states Targeted JV arrangement 2H 13.

    This has gone out from a previous 3rd Quarter target.

    So market expectation is now til the end of year.

    Certainly not putting pressure on Barclays or themselves, plenty of scope to get the best outcome and not the quickest.
