    In the premier league in England if a coach doesn't perform well they sack him.
    Last year over half the coaches were fired and the teams nearly always performed better afterwards.

    Drilling 3 new wells in the Arc when you have very limited funds is way too risky.
    They still have not done a farm in deal with anyone as the risk/reward odds do not stack up so companies are not prepared to take the risk.
