Hi Japes, my point was more related to fracking in the Arck than drilling a Well. For a Well they can import the water, although 5-10ML is 2-4 Olympic pools in size water content. Added expense and logistic nuisance but quite doable for Well Drills.
IMO I discount water as being able to be used for fracking, both economically and environmentally. However a front runner alternative in technology in Canada and USA is LPG which seem quite doable as a possibility for us. For those that might want to have a read about it here are two articles. One is a generalization and the other is a presentation style from some company...

Carbon Dioxide is also be touted but I don't think the tech/research is advanced as LPG as yet...

Personally I like the LPG option idea as is purportedly 100% recoverable and more importantly reusable and resalable. Interesting reading in any case.
My main concern, from an investor point of view, with the possibility of exploiting the Arck's projected shale O&G
has always been the impracticality of hydro-fracking in such an area. The newer tech such as LPG gives me much more comfort in possibilities of realizing the Arck's extraordinary potential.
