    The big Bullion Banks are selling silver they do not have and for all intents & purposes are breaking the law & while the ratio stays around 100 to 1 blind Freddy can see that, when it goes much more than 100 to 1 breaking the law gets a bit more obvious & it sticks out like dogs balls.
