The word "Positive" has more that one meaning other than increasing in price. From a relative standpoint it was a very positive day.
On a negative day the stock price will drop like a stone with the silver price. It did not do that. It continued to trade flat to upwards (having quite a few sales at 2.2 - highest amount of the week), so by any definition as one falls away as the other stays flat, this is a positive thing as the delta between them grows.
If you only look at a single metric to determine if a stock is good or bad, then perhaps the stock market might not be a wise investment for you.
