I agree that if Silver takes off again that ARD will run and that is why I have a small holding. You said you were buying between .030-.035 and no mention of the lower buys that is why I thought you were talking rubbish. It is not obvious at all though otherwise you would of not been in debt in the first place. You timed the last three moves pretty much perfect then that is not easy to do.
Just because something is underperforming in the sector doesn't mean that their is more value there. It is actually normally the opposite. Not saying this wont perform. I'm pretty much saying you somewhat got lucky and are trying to act like it was easy. Let see you do that consistently for years. Averaging down on losses can work but it is also a way riskier strategy.
