I have followed this company for some time. Its projects are quite interesting but management is poor. All releases the company makes hype results. There is never a measured release explaining results and context is often missing.
The resignation of David Busch as a director was good, but to keep him on as CEO is foolish. He is out of his depth, as is the Chairman.
With decent management I would be a shareholder, but not until then.
