Hi Guys and Girls,
When a company makes an announcement they are putting out information into the Public domain.
As investors, we use this information in good faith, to make our investment decisions.
I don't like to bring up for example the word, imminent. We all understand that from time to time
things don't go according to plan. Having accepted that, because we have invested in a speculative situation.
It is still the directors responsibility to keep the market informed of any changes that have occurred.
Having said that, my question is. Have the directors breached their fiduciary duty to shareholders by not keeping us informed and updated on any changes that they have previously announced?
I could be mistaken but with regard to West Wylong everything has gone very quiet.

Maybe they are having trouble getting access agreements with the landowners and do not want to say so??
