Obviously we must practice finance in two different worlds.
If SP>X (i.e. SP>20c) an option will always be exercised at the very latest, on the date of expiry. Otherwise the option is rendered worthless and the holder does not like money.
While the options do provide a possible source of revenue for Argents future activities, at a >50% dilution factor this definitely represents a cap at 20c.
