With all due respect to you, I am well meaning
I am the last person you could accuse of sneaky, I am about as brutally truthful and blunt as is possible, while maintaining fairness, consideration and integrity, I bring sticky subjects to the fore, I am genuinely open and curious. I am also willing to publicly acknowledge when wrong and to take corrective steps.
My agenda is always visible, I even state it.

I believe that sometimes you need to look elsewhere to sometimes illustrate a point eloquently, to me there is no better teacher than real world example. Real world example becomes evidence based as opposed theory.
I used our peers example because, it was the most relevant to our situation, one that people would know of and understand. I also used it because I believe there are lessons there.

Please understand that for me its not a competition between ARL and our peers.
I genuinely want the other resources to thrive and be successful as well, we are all in need of a big hand up. Can we please be objective.

I am genuinely interested in what others are thinking, perhaps my considerations are mine, that they are not shared by other investors, or it has not occurred to them yet. I do not know.
