I think the spin-out is great. Pointless to have all assets in one company. First they will not get any value, and Ardea can't work on all of them in a effective way. News in gold assets in Ardea can be missunderstood, like that they are focusing on a new area instead of Ni/Co.
As I see it a spin-out is a win-win in every way, really hope it will be reality in given timeframe.
Also think it's a great way to reward shareholder. Now when Ni/Co MAYBE can take a little longer it's great to give a new story/company to follow.
Will be very interesting to see which name they will choose to the new company.
