    Thanks for the kind words.
    I really do believe that Ian Buckhorn and the BOD are doing a great job of guiding us through the various stages of unlocking value in ARL.
    I have full confidence in Ian's ability to achieve the desired result, we are still a very young company and have a very bright future. 

    There is a lot of knowledge and insight resident in the various posters on ARL threads, I hope to learn from discussions like this one.
