    I'm not sure how this will be overcome. I would not think it will be heap leach style neutralisation. This is would obviously have to be addressed in EPA approvals. There must be some sort of plan but it has not heen addresseed in any of the studies or flow chart. It just appears to me where any bottlenecking will occur.
