no no the liberals got a 23% primary vote, they only get the national voters 2nd preference when the voter marks the ballot, they don't automatically get the vote of the coalition partners. A coalition means they agree on the same set of policies and vote with them in parliament. Up to 50% of liberal voters leaked their 2nd preferences or switched primary vote to greens and teals, that was scomos undoing
