"People have been conditioned to feel attached to "things" more than their fellow citizens.". ..... yep people have been "conditioned" for 10 years.
the Jan 6 2020 riot/incursion into the House was a precursor which indicated how far the lawless people will go at Trump's whim. regardless of their mouthing of democratic values...... its these "things" that have filled the void of the sense of community among all Americans. the division thus created, out of an ages long, artificial divide between right and left. it hasn't been this bad since the McCarthy Senate inquiry.
I don't see any signs of aggression from the left tho crumpets. all the hatred seems to come from Trump. If Trump calls for civil war is there anything that could stop it? if Biden called for civil war do you really think any would respond?
