    I would calculate .002001 * 371 million = $740,000 assuming they are getting IMIOA's that are .2c to exercise by 2019. They will have little value unless IMI passes .002 by then (i.e. doubles). I don't see this as excessive given the difficulty in raising capital in the micro cap space.
