Are Aeroform The Sales Acceptable?

By the end of September 2018 AXP sold 4,294 Aeroform units. Aeroform was launched in Australia in July 2015 and reported their first commercial procedure in the US on Jan 17 2016. So, 4,294 units in 39 months and 3,930 in the last 21 months since US FDA approval!

Nanosonics received Aust TGA approval for trophon on 3 Feb 2009 and US FDA approval 28 Feb 2011. The first reliable unit stats I can find are 30 June 2014; 3,960 units worldwide and 3,000 in the US (40 months after US approval). By 30 June 2018 w/w sales of trophon have reached 17,740 units.

I was heavily invested in Sirtex for a while (and still have the data). Sirtex Sir-spheres were FDA approved for sales in 2001. Early data is sketchy but it took several years for traction. It took 5 years for annual dosage sales to reach 1,000. By the end of FY 2016 dosage sales were approximately 12,000. Have a look at the following ...
