The below comment worries me more about your post.
Fidelity sold about 500 k in total - they simply, through whatever legal means changed reporting to the two entities and both are now under 5%
"Fidelity announcement shows that 3 months ago they just lost completely the confidence, seling not 10 or 20 or even 50%.. Selling 100% !!!"
