After a bit of researched and sentry's interest, i say the case for IAM might have improved a bit.
What remains to be seen though is the effectiveness if their product and their ability to deliver.
IAM's strategy seems to be a mixture of a website + an indian call center that's trying really hard to appear not as an Indian call center.
They need to make sure what doesn't happen is:
