    I think Luk would just claim the "Craig Thomson" defence.

    If it's OK for a member of Parliament to carry on with Julia's "full support" while they are being investigated for corruption, then presumably it's OK for Luk to carry on too. Let's hope HK ICAC wrap up their investigation a bit quiker than FWA; three years in and they still can't find Thomson's phone number.
