I've been in this stock since the Pinnacle days (pre VRB and Cougar) and was impressed with the reincarnation of the company into UCG. Based on this I invested further money, though not for some time now.

I still hold an interest stake however thankfully sold most some time ago, noting it was at a significant loss. I wish you the very best as you enter the stock, however to answer your question bluntly I have no intention of buying anytime soon.
