Pelorus has made an unsolicitored offer to all Centro MCS syndicate holders (of syndicates 2,5,8,10,11,12,14,16,17,18,19 &20.)

Offer based around an MCS syndicates unit swap for Pelorus Prop Trust units.(no cash).

Centro (CNP) are the RE for these syndicates which is a lucrative money earner so naturally fighting hard to retain RE rights,including reporting issue to ASIC.

Issue is not connected (except by CNP viability) to CER.
