Careful scrutiny of JRV's recent ASX announcements reveals what could be a disturbing trend:

One director's wife seems to have sold down some shares and exercising options (See Appendix 3Y lodged 6 March)

But more importantly, interests associated with the chairman seem so be substantial sellers in the last little while (see todays top 20).

One shareholding (previously 9,824,920) has dropped off the top 20 list altogether which means it is less than 8,000,000 (the lowest on today's top 20)..Similarly Wilmaka Pty Ltd has reduced from 8,305,211 to below 7.75 million (the lowest on the notice dated 6/3/07).

There does not seem to be a change of director's interest notice about these.

What does this mean?
