OK . We now have confirmation that the chairman has sold some $220,000 worth of shares and did so before hearing the proposals that INL put to him last Friday.

What does that do for his negotiating credibility ..ie to sell and depress the price, not only by selling but by telegraphing that the chairman is selling ...ie how can he talk up the value of the company to shareholders and to Intec if he is sliding out the side door.

Ladies and gentlemen....please post on this site if you think this selling is appropriate.
