You certainly should compare apples with apples but that does not alter the fact that it takes the same amount of materials and time to build in Australia as it does in ?? wherever.
The labour cost may be different but this should only represent about a quarter of the total cost, so add that component and you get an equivalent cost comparison.So divide the price into 4, multiply one of those quarters by 150 and add it back in and you have an Australian price?
I have posted two properties from the net can you tell me how they differ from an Australian equivalent please and explain the price difference
