I'm not fussed about bank deposits
as they pay a very low interest.
As soon as I have any spare cash
I invest in more high-yielding
listed Aussie property trusts.
The only time I sell is when
the yield plummets. As that
hasn't happened of late
I've accumulated a big
portfolio of high-yield
listed property trust
shares. Somebody said
that I should diversify.
But why diversity from Excellence
into Mediocre low-yielding shares
or bank deposits or bonds. That
doesn't make any sense to me.
When I'm on a good thing
I stick to it. Today one
of our listed property
trusts paid a quarterly
distribution of $9402.
Why invest in low-yield
bank deposits, or bonds
unless you're nervous or
can't handle prosperity.
Australian banks are safe
but that is not much fun.
