    Are Beutel Goodman planning to take over Boartlongyear. As they now own 69,883,490 shares of 461,000,000 which is 15.15%. They have to get to 19.9% and have to offer a formal takeover. Which is usually 30% premium on the share which takes BLY to 45c, or there abouts. Or they could offer a lot higher…
