    I can see your logic behind a possible GM Mining TO, as a few of the old board members worked there for many years eg. Kent Hoots and Alan Sides.

    Who knows maybe Richard can make an agreement with Newmont Mining Corporation for a TO. There are a plethora of options and scenarios.
