OK FOLKS
I would like to see figures from the more knowledgeable posters on the possible effect and costs of a another cap raising by CTP as the last issue was extremely well supported, after all whether we like it or not more shares are being issued via the bond conversion effectively diluting our share value and putting pressure on the SP.
It would seem to me that the shareholders are paying for the bond conversion anyway with a lower share price resulting each time the bonds are converted effecting the value of their holdings so what if CTP offered more shares to existing shareholders with the price calculated in a similar manner to the current bond terms. I would think that the SP would suffer short term but we wouldn't have this constant drip feed of shares being sold down on a regular basis. I for one would purchase more shares if offered at similar rates as the cost to DBZ and surely we have many long term holders who would support this solution. I am just trying to bring a positive slant to the discussion. Has this any merit at all or am I whistling in the wind.
