CTP has done this previously, I see no reason why we cannot do this again, especially as terms for the Issuer are so generous. This type of facility is way better than any fixed income product they might offer & definitely way better than interest they get in the US.
These co's are a dime a dozen, any dick tom & harry would be dying to earn the margins these guys do & at relatively low risk to them.
Btw Delaware is the dodgiest state for Corp/Co's to setup in the US as they are usually EXTREMELY lenient to Co's in the case of legal action against it. Apparently Murdoch's News Corp is setup in Delaware.
