Please excuse this perhaps naive question in advance....whilst I have been in the share market for decades I don't get the bot phenomenon (maybe it is an age thing). With the huge fluctuation in SP today, what is the thinking, does this involve bots or just traders? Do they operate in the penny stocks arena such as AGY which we have seen today? I always imagined they operate more in blue chips, is this correct? How can we tell when they intervene? Any insights would be very much appreciated. Best of luck to all AGY holders and well done to the management!
