It was clear at the end of the Inquiry that substantial internal change would be required at CWN to satisfy ILGA and, most likely, the authorities in VIC and WA. CWN have had months to prepare for this so they have an opportunity to be bold but when the conversation starts with replacing half of the board it will be interesting to see whether or not management is up for the challenge.
