Are CBA selling down?

So this decline in sp is surprising to say the least, but i still believe a great buying opportunity.

I'm wondering whether this decline has anything to do with CBA's cap raising and a further sell down of their holding?

Will be interesting to see their next 'FORM 604' to see if they are indeed the seller.

On the basis of no further news, i've taken the opportunity to pick up a few more over the last few days in the lead up to results announcement later this month.
