Fair question, but I look at it this way topshop might a portent be if they were an ASX listed junior mining (not exploration) company that had been suspended for several months, was involved in disputes with local partners and had been losing money for several years.
On that basis, as we approach the end of the FY and directors are again having to get ready to have viable and believable finance packages in place in order to satisfy auditors of the going concern status we may see some more of this. CDG may be one of them. It makes no difference here - i am not trying to influence share prices or alike as it is suspended, this is a discussion about the dynamics internal to a Board of Directors who bear ultimate responsibility and some liability.
