I don't post incorrect information, unlike some on HC. To prove my point this is from the 2017 Annual report. AIS currently has 140 odd million shares, the grog must be pretty strong is you think 140 million is 1.4 billion. Get out your glasses and read below.





As I said , even if the notes as listed above are converted to shares then the number of shares will be 840,696,269,  I should clarify that the CNRPS 140,115,913 will be converted as they belong to management with certain conditions attached.
ARE already has 1,170,063,799 shares before further dilution
Triton is actually worth $150 million plus having just completed a new shaft and doing further exploration.AIS also produces 24,000 tonnes of Copper being the 5th largest independent copper producer in Australia, so go figure. Just remember if Torrens is successful, the best leveraged play is AIS. Remember AIS has 70% and ARE only has 30%,  so you blokes better get the calculator out. Thats why I'm invested AIS: ARE 10:1
