I dont think so. Its anticipation that drives up the price not news.

I'm honestly expecting a much higher price point by the time we actually get a drill in the ground.

Currently you have smart money and instos accumulating. Which will continue to drive up the price as supply is consumed.

Then the retail hype comes in gambling on the drill results. I'll be freeholding a sizable parcel by then because I will ride up with smart money and sell into the firework at top

Its literally how the game is meant to work. But other than my clients almost no one seems to get that.
