    The issue of CO2 is exaggerated. At this point there is no real problem, all the ball-park evidence points in this direction.

    Some say water vapour varies between 0-4 %. Ummmmmmmm, you need to remember that the places where water vapour is 0 % is in desert environments which you would expect. That is why you can get a 50 plus degree Celsius day in the desert followed by a -10 degree Celsius night because water vapour is not there hence no green-house effect. CO2 is there and is shown to be weak as you would expect when you crunch the numbers. Water vapour is around 250 times more effective than CO2. Now 70 % of the Earth is ocean and therefore there is plenty of water vapour in the atmosphere, higher than 2 % estimates make. That puts water vapour at more than 50 times that of CO2 in terms of prevalence.

    There really is no evidence that CO2 is responsible in significant part to the otherwise natural temperature rise of the last century.
