I don't think the 'deniers' are trying to find a way out at all. I think its the climate change 'believers' who are trying to find a way in.

Remember, the deniers aren't the architects of this debate, it's the believers who are saying we are all in trouble and things have to change. The deniers are simply responding to the believers by saying 'show us the money', or shut up.

I think most deniers (or the more appropriate term..sceptics) would be quit happy not to hear anything more from the believers, unless it is in the form of MATERIAL, irrrefutable evidence, the impacts of which we can clearly see.
