Andalucia, I am a Mineral Process Metallurgist (or I should say, used to be pre-retirement) and not a geologist however you are correct as Mineral Resources relate to the actual measurement of the in-ground resource from a geological viewpoint, whereas Ore Reserves are related to Mineral Resources that have been proven to be economically mineable (by the completion of a Definitive FS). i.e, it is possible to have massive Resources and no Reserves as the Resources cannot be mined economically.

Commerce has not completed a Pre-Feasibility Study let alone a DFS.

Incidentally, a DFS can only be completed after a full environmental impact assessment has been completed, which GIP has and Commerce has not. I hope this assists in recognising the difference between Commerce and GIP.
