i was letting people know of something that might be happening and not know about it.
not asking HC to fix it.
i am personally unable to make the extra payments happen as the continue button is blocked if i try to pay more than what is owing, if the balance is fully paid i am unable to even try make a payment. so no I dont need a new phone or learn how to use it.
i havent left it for a month, i havent heard anything in a month due to how crap zip support is. ive sent mutiple emails on the issue and they are the ones failing to rectify it so the onus is on them.
