as mentioned before, i had thought it was increased to 4k as after i made a payment to pay my balance of 2k my zip account showed i had 4K available to spend.
only later to realize zip had taken my payment twice and put my account into credit.
once i realized i looked back at my statements and saw this had happened mutiple times.
