not sure it falls under fraud,
but zip has taken payments from my CC for more than I owe. so far ive found approx ~$8000 of payments being charged after my balance owing is $0.
currently under investigation with zip but its been over a month and haven't heard anything back yet.
note, im not out of pocket as my available spend went into credit so my efficient limit had increased past the maximum of 2K.
but could be dangerous for users who need those funds on the account from which they pay zip balances.
