I agree zero, I think that all motorists should stop driving on the roads all together.
Maybe the councils can build specifically purposed lanes for these hard to see nuisance of things called cars etc so the cyclists have more room on the roads since the purpose built bikeways are obviously not enough for all the unregistered, unlicensed cyclists to commute on.
