Clearance rates up again. The RBA are a joke. They cannot drive growth without first rewarding the debt holders. I see Asian and Indians everywhere swarming to get involved. Pooling wages, sharing accomodation and food then using capital to bid up on property's. Woolies and Coles can attest to that. The ironic part is these 2 migrant arrivals driving up house prices are also the ones responsible for our 20 year low in wage growth as they bring cheap labour. What a disaster for blue collar and middle class Australians.
