Hi ALl Investors of SPT,
This morning I have lodged a detailed ASX Complaint with the ASX and SPT about whether the directors have complied with Listing Rule 3.1 regarding disclosure of any sensitive information which affects the share price and whether they have fulfilled their listing responsibilities. Hopefully the ASX or the company will make some announcements regarding the declining share price since 27/11/2020 to yesterday of 23 per cent.
The last time I lodged an ASX complaint on another company with similar situation called Bracken, the company responded and the share price went up 15 per cent within 2 days. Hopefully this will be the same outcome!
Cheerio,
Isdhope
