Whilst you can't blame the Cameroon Govt for wanting CAY to prove they have the financial backing to develop the Minim Martap asset, I feel JS and Management have proven they not only have the contacts, but also the knowhow and funding partners to complete the job competently.
It's time the Cam Govt, give our management some faith and hand over the permit and allow CAY to get on with the job and make Cameroon some money. 3 years of hearing the Mining Permit being issued from Wolfy and previous Management is IMMINENT is long enough. Lets get on with it!
I believe 100%, if the previous Mines Minister hadn't somehow mysteriously died, we would already have our permit. I'm betting the new guy wanted further commitment from CAY before the permit gets signed, to make a name for himself. This EEA vote should satisfy all concerned IMHO.
