The CEO of EM1 seems to be completely unaware based on ASX queries to the company that his business arrangements with the CEO of TIM is also the director of Crowd 1.

Not going to lie, I'm surprised EM1 is trading again, and happy for all the holders who wanted to get out of the company. I still think there is a strong possibility that ASIC will be involved in the near future and thats the sole reason why the platform is not being rolled out to Australia indefinitely.
