Hmm, no one is under the impression all these signups will subscribe - if you are, you are very wrong. This is a pretty poorly researched article to start with. Calls Miggster a "Game". Typo's through the article. And suggests no one knows what the incentives are to pre-register others.....but we do know. There's multiple cash/travel voucher amounts (i.e $7500) to those that get the most people to pre-register/subscribe.
Emerge is being raked over the coals here and I mean they are just announcing what needs to be announced for continuous disclosure.
I can understand some caution but as I said - if you invest and think all 6Mill are subscribers then you shouldn't be investing.
