POO is being driven by speculators just as it spiked to $147, so it will be driven lower and then there will be a reality check and oil will head north very quickly.what are you putting in your car spidyman or is it gathering cobwebs.
As for drilling being postponed if no contract signed ,i doubt it, conoco has not changed there tune they want to be positioned for when the recovery comes and short sighted companies will be running around like headless chock trying to play catch up.
