Funding - YES they have the funding..its all ready to go and in place..But NO it wont be released until Hanlong have a sufficient partner to assist them..China are more cautious on wasting billions on mining projects..Hanlong will need to partner up.
Tell me would you spend $1.3b on Buying SDL...when you had no approval to even mine Congo?? Prob not...neither would CHina.
Silly board people had to get CHina committed before we could even approvals....Without China on the hook then SDL would be stuffed....Imagine if they said NO to Hanlong 18 months ago...where we'd be now...10c with no conventions??
